Is Falcon Enamelware dishwasher safe?
Yes, all our products are dishwasher safe. However, to maintain the long-lasting shine of the enamel, we recommend hand washing when possible.
Can I use these products on an induction hob?
Yes, our enamelware is made by fusing glass onto heavy-gauge steel, making it compatible with induction, gas, and electric hobs.
Is it safe to use Falcon Enamelware in the oven?
Absolutely. Our products are oven-safe up to 530°F (270°C). They are perfect for roasting, baking, and stovetop-to-oven cooking.
What happens if my enamelware chips?
If chipped, the steel underneath may oxidize but the product remains safe to use. Many customers feel this adds to the vintage character of the piece.
Can I use Falcon Enamelware in the microwave?
No. Because our products have a steel core, they are not suitable for microwave use.
Are your products BPA-free and food safe?
Yes, all Falcon Enamelware is non-toxic, lead-free, and meets all international food safety standards.
